Nomadic Grandmother Oumabe: I’m Elsabe — a grandmother, a writer, a traveller, and a woman in the long, slow process of becoming. After decades of life in a fixed place, I now live and roam full-time in a caravan with my mother. We chase simplicity, sunsets, and stories. There’s no itinerary — just the open road, a good coffee, and the search for meaning in everyday moments. This blog, Nomadic Grandmother, is where I write the life I’m living. It’s where grief, growth, healing, and humour find a home — especially after loss, change, and letting go of old identities.
